Referral Process
The intake process is a collaborative effort involving the individual, Regional Center, family members, and other members of the Ability Aides, LLC service team. To initiate services, the following steps must be completed:
- A formal referral from the Regional Center.
- An intake meeting with the service team and key stakeholders.
- Review of the individual's needs, history, and eligibility.
- Development of a tailored service plan aligning with the individual's goals.
